About the Author
James Hebel is the founder and owner of Seattle Surface Cleaners LLC. He started the company in 2017 after leaving a career in solar energy to focus full-time on commercial property maintenance. Since then, he has built long-term partnerships with Seattle’s Business Improvement Areas, national retailers like Wells Fargo and CVS Pharmacy, and property management companies across the metro area. James holds OMWBE certification as a Minority Business Enterprise and is directly involved in day-to-day operations.
