How It All Began
Hi, I’m James Hebel
I started doing small pressure-washing jobs in 2016 while working full-time at a solar energy company. It was just a side business, working evenings and weekends, and helping local property owners where I could.
Then I got a call that changed everything.
The Executive Director of the nonprofit serving Seattle’s Chinatown – International District asked if I would handle street cleaning and trash removal in the neighborhood. It was far bigger than anything I had taken on before, but I said yes and figured it out.
We showed up, did the work, and communicated constantly. They were happy and word began to spread.
Soon other neighborhood leaders facing the same challenges began calling. What started as a small side operation turned into a full-time company in 2018, expanding into West Seattle, Capitol Hill, the University District, and beyond.
Today we help businesses keep their properties clean – inside and out – but more importantly, we support the communities around them. Our focus has always been simple: respond quickly, communicate clearly, and take responsibility for the details most people overlook.
